Real estate agents know the value of great photographs and videos to showcase their client's home.  We have the latest technology in professional cameras that allow us to capture virtually any angle in any space.  For estate homes, we recommend sweeping panoramic videos and photos that display the quality of the property.  If you are selling a smaller home or condo, our gear allows us to help you to let the buyer see the potential in their investment with careful use of wide-angle lenses.

 

Real Estate photography pricing:

We know you are busy and offer this simple pricing for your convenience*

 

2500 sqft or less is $175

2500 to 3500 sqft is $225

3500 to 4500 sqft is $250

4500+ sqft call for quote

 

We will take a minimum of one picture of each room and four of the exterior.  Our goal is to give you at least 20-30 great pictures to showcase your client's home.  If you desire more, please contact us to discuss the outcome.

 

Real Estate videography pricing:

While video is perhaps the best way to showcase your client's home, it is one of the most difficult to quote without visiting the property and interviewing the agent to understand the desired finished product. 

 

That said, we hate the old "we can't give quotes over the phone" sales pitch just as much as you do, so at the risk of painting ourselves into a corner, we offer the following guideline for pricing*:

 

If your final video length is:

1 minute, our fee is $100 (most people don't know it takes up to 6 hours to produce one minute of final footage)

2 minutes is $200

3 minutes is $300

* Simple pricing is for the primary property - additional charges may apply to capturing neighborhood ammenties, travel more than 20 miles one way, extra buildings on property, etc.. Also, if photographer has to wait more than 20 minutes past the appointed time, there is a $15 fee per 15 minutes of delay. If for no fault of the photographer, extensive post-production editing of photos or video is requested, a minimum of $20 per photograph or per hour of video editing will be assessed.  Generally photos will be delivered to you electronically, but we reserve the right to submit them on physical media.
